Emily Gems Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the price of the item. No questions asked!

• Return must be undamaged and within 30 days of your receipt of the item
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• Depending on the condition of the item being returned, and/or the number of items returned, a 10% restock fee may apply.
• EXCEPTION: Earrings are not refundable for hygienic reasons.
• Include your 5 digit invoice number and a note whether you would like a refund or exchange
